All undesignated donations are placed in our general fund are used as applications are received and approved.

 

Designated donations (earmarks) can be made for individuals; applications are requested along with these designated funds but are not required.  Moneys donated as earmarks will be paid to cover expenses for those individuals as the donor directs.  If no specific direction is given, payments are made according to NOD’s bylaws.
